- except for the client's need (which must be communicated to the b & b managers as it is a small family-run property and there is no reception service available at all hours of the day)

- you can leave the baggage to the managers of the b & b ... but the rooms, by 10:30, must be left free to provide a proper cleaning service in respect of future guests of the structure. A delay of the established time will result in the charge of an additional night.

ROOMS DESCRIPTION
All THREE rooms are located on the ground floor and have:
- bathroom (with shower and hairdryer / professional hairdryer);
- television;
- mini-bar;
- heat pump / air conditioner;
- possibility of adding a single bed and / or cots for babies.
SERVICES
- products in free use inside the mini-bar (present in each room);
- reserved parking (unattended);
- large outdoor area, with deckchairs and tables (to enjoy the temperature and the sun inside the structure);
- large garden;
- city bus stop at 100 meters;
- once you arrive at our facility you can request information / advice its places to visit, where you can taste the best dishes of the city / region and the best ways to move in absolute autonomy (on foot / bike / motorcycle / car).
